With each package comes a additional service which is available after three months of consecutive payments. This would be the only time we would be required to quote you and depending on the size of the job and the package chosen, the quote could be included in your monthly payments so you dont have to pay!
Each package also comes with property maintenance which like the yard maintenance differs depending on package, the services range from basic repairs to home improvements and depending on the size of the job can be included in your monthly fee.
The only guys to visit your property would be employees of Harmony Property Maintenance, each agent group will have their unique identifier to help us keep track of our employees and appointments as well as to guarantee the safety of our customers and their families. The teams sent our will consist of three professionals with experience and knowledge to help you get the best quality of service.
The only time a customer would require a quote is once they have decided to redeem the additional services after three months.
At that point we will conduct a one off quote for the job and depending on yout package you might not pay the quoted amount!
